Concordia’s campus radio station CJLO is hosting its first ever Battle of the Bands.

They are now taking submissions from Concordia students.

The details are as follows:

• Looking for Concordia bands and musicians to participate in the 1st annual CJLO Battle of the Bands!
• Competition will be judged by industry professionals
• Grand prize will be two free days studio time with a CJLO producer, CJLO website feature and guest spot on CJLO’s acclaimed show Hooked on Sonics (total value $1,000)

For submissions, please send the following to battle@cjlo.com:
- 2 band photos
- band bio (250 words max)
- List of influences
- 1 track MP3 demo (or link to myspace)

Deadline is February 12, and please remember to list which band members are Concordia Students.
