“We are so pleased to announce that, thanks to an endless stream of book lovers, $10,368 was raised for Multi-Faith Chaplaincy’s Student Emergency Food Fund and Concordia scholarships.
This is the first time we have reached the $10,000 mark. Organizers estimate over 5,000 books were sold during the two days of the sale.
There are many people to be thanked for helping us with this event, including Distribution Services, the Bookstore, the International Students’ Office, Security, Conference Services, and last, but not least, the Office of the Vice-President, Services.
Thanks to the university community for your support and we look forward to seeing you next year.”
