The Concordia Department of Recreation and Athletics would like to invite staff, faculty and friends to come and visit the new Stinger Dome:

When: Saturday, February 13, from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
Where: Loyola Campus, 7200 Sherbrooke St., West.

The Stinger Dome opened for operations in January 2010. It is used by many Concordia and community groups. Popular activities include soccer, rugby, football, running, cheerleading, Ultimate, flag football and baseball training. The Dome was also the venue of choice for a children’s birthday party recently.

This state-of-the art facility measures 145 yards long, 65 yards wide and is seven stories high.

For those who would like to visit — and perhaps play — be assured that no special equipment is required. Come in casual clothes and running shoes. A wide variety of indoor sports activities will be available to try.

Join us this Saturday. (No RSVP required.) Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent.
