The Advisory Search Committee for the position of Dean of Graduate Studies requested that the Council of the School of Graduate Studies be convened at an open meeting on January 28 and 29, 2010, to meet the candidates for the position of Dean of Graduate Studies.
All members of the university community were welcome to attend.

In addition to speaking at the open meeting, each candidate met with members of the university community, the School of Graduate Studies; the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Graduate Studies; graduate students; and available members of the Senior Administration.
Written comments concerning the candidates will be accepted for consideration by the Advisory Search Committee and must be received by noon on February 5, 2010. Submissions should be signed and addressed to:
