The Stinger Dome welcomes its first guests

Stinger Dome

The Stinger Dome at Concordia hosted its first ever guests on Thursday, December 17: Club Montreal Soccer League and Outremont Soccer.

The Stinger Dome is an air-supported structure that measures 450 by 240 feet and covers the Department of Recreation and Athletics’ south field. It allows for a configuration of four mini-fields.

The facility is open to community groups and will feature sports such as soccer, rugby, football, ultimate and more.

Here some photos from the team practice last night:

There are currently two cameras set up on the Dome, so you can view the live project (and control the cameras) in real time. View Camera 1 or Camera 2.
