Dear members of the University Community,

At the December meeting of the Board of Governors, a Committee was established to evaluate the performance of Louise Dandurand during her first term as Vice-President, Research and Graduate Studies, in accordance with Board Policy BD-8 which governs the evaluation process of senior academic administrators who have agreed to seek a second term. Members of the University community are invited to make a brief written submission to the Committee to assist it in its work. To that end, please take a moment to view the evaluation criteria, which should be used to guide the preparation of your submission.

All comments must be signed or come from an identifiable email address. As outlined in the Policy, all comments submitted to the Committee will be treated in the strictest confidence. Moreover, only the Secretary of the Committee will be privy to the identity of the person submitting the comment. While the Committee may wish to discuss the content of the submissions with Dandurand, the submissions themselves will not be communicated to her or to anyone beyond the Committee and the external evaluator.

Please note that all comments should reach the Secretary of the Committee, Ms. Danielle Tessier, (danielle.tessier@concordia.ca) no later than March 12, 2010.
